We take the utmost care in packing your stained glass piece to ensure it arrives safely.
In-stock ready-to-ship items generally ship out within 2-3 business days and transit can take between 2 days and 6 days depending on the shipping service selected at checkout.
We will send you an email with the tracking information as soon as your stained glass is on the way!
In the very rare event that the piece shows up damaged - please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so we can work together to get it fixed for you!
-
We do not accept returns and exchanges on stained glass, all sales are final. Each piece is truly one of a kind, made by hand by me and unique. Please review each product listing carefully before placing your order.
-
For the safest, we recommend a hook, nail, or screw in a hardwood frame or stud.
Do not use suction cups or stick-on hanging options - the risk of it eventually failing is too high.
If a piece has specific hanging instructions, it will be listed on the product page.
-
Periodically you can dust this stained glass with a clean microfiber cloth. We don’t recommend using heavy-duty cleaners as they can strip the protective wax coating. Every few years you can apply a coat of stained glass-specific wax to restore it to its original shine.
Stained Glass does contain a small amount of lead in the solder and came - please wash hands thoroughly after handling. -
We periodically take custom orders! Keep your eyes peeled for a custom order section on the website - on that page we will list if we are taking orders and how to reach out with your request.
Once a custom order has been placed, and details agreed upon, we will require a deposit to start the piece. Once a piece has been started, it cannot be canceled but you can cancel a custom order before the making process begins.

Glass is a natural material and it is not uncommon to find slight imperfections, scratches and bubbles throughout each individual piece. This is perfectly normal of this material and will not affect its durability or longevity.
We do our best to showcase the colors of each piece in our product photos but due to the nature of screens, some colors may arrive different than they looked on your device.
Our Stained Glass is made with lead solder and came - it is to be handled minimally and with care. You should wash your hands thoroughly afterward + use gloves for extended handling.
